I'm a fierce advocate for children, I'm Know2Protect certified by SIMPLE, Know2Protect is a US-government sponsored program in preventing the harm of children online. This program allowed me to gain SO much insight into how internet impacts our youth; and I've taken the pledge to protect children online and take the proper steps to prevent harm to them.
I'm part of a few campaigns dedicated to protecting children against predators and malicious individuals.
As a child, I had a hard time on the internet; and now that I'm in my late teenage years, I want to advocate as much as I can to prevent harm to any children on the platforms I use everyday.Ro-Industries

I’m 16, but during my time at Moderley I was 15; which makes the behavior exhibited by Moderley much worse. I have seen the Internal of Moderley and have become more disgusted, time and time again.Let's start at the beginning!
After leaving Bloxco due to its toxic environment, I joined Bloxmart; run by Moderley;
hoping for a better, more positive community. At first, it appeared professional and
Welcome. Their Bloxmart Express store had just launched, and it was a decent game!
First off, I had noticed in-game ATMs that threatened players with death for stealing. The
game also labeled itself the “Democratic People’s Republic of Bloxmart,” which felt
deeply inappropriate given the suffering faced by real people under North Korea’s
regime. Curious, I allowed myself to be arrested in-game to see the jail. What I found was
disturbing: blood-covered walls, rats, knives, and bloodied figures.I reported it to Roblox, with screenshots and a detailed message. A few days later, the game was taken down.Still hoping I could help change things internally, I applied to Head Office multiple times: for PTA, Social & Marketing, and Developer. Most were denied without interviews. This was also around the time I met Charlie, who, little did I know, was just beginning his suffering; just like me, at Moderley.One of the many interviews, once I was told I sounded “like Lucas” (for reference Lucas Conway is an ex-executive at moderley) and therefore was suspicious. I had no idea who that was, but still tried to defend myself. (Turns out this “Lucas” is an English teenager, I am American; and have no English accent).An Executive privately told me I passed; then shortly after retracted it, saying they “forgot they can’t accept me.” Later, I was told I’d need to provide a video interview, my legal name, and a face reveal to be considered for Head Office again, despite being under 16 at the time. I asked others in HO, and none were required to do this.It felt targeted, and I still believe there was more behind it than they admitted. I eventually transferred to their Store Management rank, which was shown off as very important and essential but gave no permissions, no admin tools, and required hosting three shifts per week.For those buying it, it’s essentially paying to do a job. Would you PAY to work somewhere that's inactive and won’t respect you? No? I didn't think so.I stayed active, and during this time, the company’s owner Amelia began dating a girl
named Victoria (who claimed she was 18, but looked ~14 at best) After their breakup,
Amelia made Victoria’s face into server stickers without her consent. On a PBX call
involving Amelia and Charlie (whom neither of us were Head Office, but she knew we’d do whatever to get into headphone); she encouraged us to spam call Victoria’s cell number; which she provided; just because Victoria went offline. She also encouraged users to spam Victoria’s Discord. Later, she started mocking Victoria publicly on the server.Internally, Bloxmart is built on distrust. Even Head Office members are given barely any
permissions (aside from Amelia casually dropping PII in head office chats and publicly
but ok) . Getting accepted requires a lengthy process: application, interview, contract
(P.S. Anyone feeling trapped: If you’re a minor; your contract isn’t valid unless your parent/guardian/custodian also signed!! You can still escape!), cybersecurity training, and more.Their policies go as far as requiring InTune installation, which lets them monitor your personal device—something wildly inappropriate for a company not providing work hardware. Mind you, most people use their personal laptops for actual work; for example I work in education and use it for education, it is unprofessional as hell for them to want to monitor that, and they'll trick you to install it.They claim to protect your personal information, but ignore GDPR requests (email
[email protected] and TRY to get your information back in a timely manner, try it),
post user faces without permission, and let Executives (many of whom are frequently
fired and re-hired) access sensitive PII; Amelia is known to post personal information of
others in Head Office discussions.They also had an “Occupational Health” department led by a minor (who was also under
16!!) with no medical credentials. This department operated without licenses, medical
training, or compliance with laws like HIPAA or GDPR. Claiming to care for members'
wellbeing while putting a child in charge of health services is not only unethical, it’s
literally Dangerous. (P.S. I have my Occupational Safety & Health Administration Certification! I know what I’m talking about when it comes to Moderley’s bad OH practices!)My friend Charlie eventually got in (after applying ~10 times and having a similar
experience as me) and quickly became an Executive. He has stories worse than mine.Coming Back – Lia
Now, at the time of my “Lia” era, I had just gone through a breakup; and decided to go undercover, and try to get Head Office at Moderley, under the pseudonym “Lia Ambrose”.
Somehow, they fell for it; just had to fake my voice to me more girly- and they were none the wiser.I had been there for a while, some evidence on CC is mine from that era; as I collected tons. During this time, I was constantly pulled into 1-on-1 calls with the People Team Director; something he himself made a policy against. Unrecorded, mind you; but it was constant.For some reason, he was weirdly attached to me, and would always have me test out new features before going live, such as their shortly lived live chat feature on the website (that took your IP); and Microsoft Teams Clock. He’d watch my every move, I’d close a ticket I was handling and be asked almost immediately what happened; it felt like I was being stalked.Eventually, I got terminated because by that point I didn’t know what Purview was, and that they could see all my screenshots. Yadayada… That era ended. I was Chief Operations Officer at Cancel Connolly by this point.Disappeared from CC
Being, once again, naive as I am, I left Cancel Connolly because I was convinced that Charlie used me for my access to Moderley.
All the stories told in Moderley HO Teams by me were incited by peer pressure and awful environments; we were constantly told to pull whatever we could out of our asses to fuck up Charlie’s life… Well, that didn’t turn out great for Moderley; Charlie unaffected, obviously (by the just yapping of “oh charlie bad”, not inciting he’s not affected by anything else).Coming Back – Luca
Boom, I was back at Moderley but under my real name now; Adrian, who was CSO at the time, offered to re-hire me, without an Interview; just needed to be re-contracted.
Microsoft was instant, and whoever made my account, forgot to assign those training sessions; so I was chillin’. FreePBX took forever though because Amelia controlled it and ignored you if you needed something actually done.
I was ignored constantly by Iestyn (People Team Director at the time), the incompetent lap dog for Amelia who was never online but somehow got promoted every two seconds…?I was brought up to Transport Sector Lead; Frankie (Chief Operations Officer at the time) wanted it to move away from strictly Moderley Airlines, to Moderley Transportation Authority; which I was happy to do.During this time, Amelia would publicly discuss her personal business with us (I bet you can guess… just… guess… it’s gross af); a group chat full of teenagers. Additionally, she’d joke about people having sex with others in the group chat. She used to joke about abusing her medication, and more gruesome thoughts.Amelia’s lapdog isn’t fab, Amelia has 2 real lap dogs: Iestyn and Callan. Two of them handle all her personal affairs and business, for free. Callan manages all her websites, and FreePBX mainly; and Iestyn usually just delegates and tells you something isn’t his job, when it literally is. I’ve just heard for months, even when I was there; that Fab wasn’t happy, and was about to leave. They did meet up though, and I was literally mortified for Fab. That’s just what I heard though. I know Amelia would do anything to keep Fab there, though, Fab pays for Hyra, Tickets Premium, AppSystems Premium and Tally Forms Premium.At one point, I had to take LOA for Medical purposes; Iestyn told me that I should just get off LOA because I “didn’t need it” and “shouldn’t be taking this long” (I was in Mental Health testing for WEEKS btw!)Back to the main plot, one magical day, Callan, or Duncan, whichever, it’s irrelevant, sent an article on April fools day (1st) saying Amelia had been arrested and brought to court for… gross charges.Without a second thought, I immediately sent a two sentence message just saying that it’s unsafe for me to be here, and I’d be leaving. Then, boom. I left!Today, we get justice.
I’m so proud to be back at Cancel Connolly, as I was here at its inception. I’m so proud to bring justice to the victims' lives who Amelia and Moderley as a whole has ruined.

Their Yay.com VoIP reseller division was shut down not because of discrimination or that
Yay.com had shut down the reseller program, as Amelia claimed; but because they broke
the terms of service for using their Roblox + Discord to advertise it. It is also speculated that Amelia DDosed Yay.com’s servers, which I am not confirming nor denying. Charlie Note: She also claims that it was shut down because Jayden Moroney rang 999 (while there), which doesn’t match up since you can call 999 without penalty in the UK.Quick 2 Ban
If they even think you're associated with Bloxco (yes, I do not like Bloxco; but it was rightfully taken from Amelia because of the reputation she had was leaking into Bloxco) or that your voice “sounds like someone,” you’ll be blacklisted or banned with little evidence. I was banned four separate times—once by mistake, twice for how I sounded, and once falsely. Then unbanned weeks later, expected to act like nothing happened. That’s the level of unprofessionalism.Moderley Origins
Initially, Moderley was a platform Amelia used to sell Russian auto accessories and OS’ for car screens (Amelia admits this); afterward she mentions due to the war going on the company was forced to stop, but she hints at trying to continue the business even during the war (as in supporting Russia). Afterward, she explains she had the domain sitting empty which is why she started the now failed, Moderley VoIP and Domains, which was a company that lacked registration, legality, and was a Yay reseller account wrapped in tin-foil and dreams. Following this; she’s now banned from Yay and wants to reboot it, but due to her crippling lack of technology knowledge, she’s unable to do so. I guess she’ll continue making YouTube videos on SumUp card machines.
Adding on; Amelia claims your call recordings and other personal information are secure
with Moderley, she has released multiple times call recordings onto her Tiktok; lots of the
time without permission and showcase people where they are being yelled at by her and
